MY EXPERIENCE WITH REAL ESTATEIt was 2014, I was 20. A friend, now a colleague and better friend talked that he has joined an upcoming real estate organization. The next day I accompanied him to the office of his company. My trust with real estate started then and there. No need to say that we both are still working for the same company, a hyper- local real estate portal for my hometown, Patna;

Good lord Thanks!! In fact Thanks a lot. The quote below by inspirational and aspirational Steve Jobs;

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. I found it, Steve Sir!!

My training began. I learnt and during the training only I realized; I can keep learning for life. My trainer always emphasized that we are at the low of REAL ESTATE CYCLE (Patna real estate) and it is the best time to join the industry, if you want to make a home run in REAL ESTATE. With time I have realized how right he was and that is called experience. Secondly, I was taught that influences may be many but at the end the Real Estate is LOCAL. Again how true it is.

The training took me to various fields of Real Estate like Inventory, Customer relationship and more. Right now I am the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for our Organization. A function that allows me to indulge into all the fields of real estate like marketing, IT, operations, Finance and customer relationships. A KEY ACCOUNT needs all. I was taught and have learnt that the KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT is all about managing the arrogance and ignorance of “THE CLIENT”.

Every day is a fascinating journey. The culture of is about creativity, experiment and innovation. And to do all this we have been taught to embrace failures and rejections. I decided to go for my own website to share with the world “This fascinating Journey”. As I have learnt sharing is learning!!!
